What changes between 90 and 105 cm
A 105 cm platform is 15 cm wider. That may provide useful sleeping space, but the wider bed also takes room away from carers and transfer equipment. Compare assembled outer dimensions and the space needed to open rails and approach the bed.
The 90 × 200 option changes platform length. A package described as complete adds a headboard and footboard; its assembled length still needs confirmation. Do not infer package contents from a photograph of another option.

Patient weight and maximum supported weight must not be treated as the same limit. Ask what each figure includes and check the documentation for the supplied unit.
Geriafy’s height range needs clarification
The brand’s page gives 38.5–80 cm in its specification table and 39–82.5 cm elsewhere. Ask which applies and whether the measurement includes the mattress. If a minimum sitting height is essential, resolve this before ordering. See the detailed Geriafy review.
Compare the cost of a bed ready to use
- Match platform size, mattress, cover, rails and panels.
- Add the required delivery level: kerbside, upstairs or into the bedroom.
- Check assembly, function testing and any old-bed removal.
- Check support, replacement parts and bulky-return arrangements.
A package does not decide whether rails are suitable
