How we make a recommendation
We start with the person’s needs and the space available. Then we compare what each aid offers, what is included and when another option would suit better. Customer feedback can highlight difficulties in use, but it does not replace technical information or a clinical assessment.
What our experience means
Experience with materials does not mean we have used every model in the catalogue. When we describe a specific hands-on check, we identify the product and what we observed. A comfortable feel alone does not establish a clinical benefit.
